How do you determine condition?
New - Item is in its original packaging and is unopened.
Excellent - There are very minimal to no wears on the surface. Pretty much "Like New" condition.
Very Good - Minor wears, sometimes only on the back cover of a doujinshi.
Good - Small wears in the front and back and few pages in doujins/books
Fair - Obvious wears on the front and back an pages.
Poor - Ripped off surface damage. Very noticable wears.
Do you bag and board your doujins?
Yes. We bag and board all our doujins that are B5 sized. Thicker B5 sized doujins (around 150+ pages) may not be boarded. A4 and A5 sized doujins are not boarded.

When do you ship out orders?
We ship out orders within 2 business days, usually within the next day of when your payment is received. We do not ship on Sundays or any US holidays.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from the United States in Nevada.

We ship out globally except to China, Russia, and Brazil. Please read our Shipping Policy for more info.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer 30 day refunds on all of our orders except for international orders. Buyer pays for return shipping. If you have concerns about your order, contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist. Also be sure to read our Returns & Refund Policy.
How long does it take to receive an invoice?
Invoices are usually sent within 24 hours after your order is received. Please check your Spam folder!
How long do I have to pay the invoice?
