Returns & Refunds Policy
Condition
Returned items must be in the exact same condition shown in the listing photos and description. Items sold as ‘New’ must be returned unopened; if returned unsealed, a 50% restocking fee will apply.
Value Diminished
If an item is returned with new damage (creases, stains, odors), we reserve the right to deduct the loss in the item’s market value from the refund.
Fees
Refunds are for the item price only. Original shipping costs and a 3.5% non-refundable transaction fee are deducted from all “change of mind” returns.
Payment
Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
International Final Sale
All international orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
Lost Packages
An item is considered “lost” if the tracking hasn’t updated for 30 days and 60 days have passed since shipment. In these cases, a full refund (minus shipping) will be issued.
Unclaimed/Incorrect Address
If a package is returned as “Unclaimed” or “Incorrect Address,” we will refund the item price only, minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
